    I love weekend breakfasts in the winter! It’s amazing how many delicious things you can make with the humble egg. This Breakfast Egg Hash is featured in our February issue (on sale now) and I made it for friends on Sunday morning. It was amazingly simple and the perfect way to use up leftover roast potatoes. Yum!

      I agree it was absolutely gorgeous. I made it for me and Lovely Hubby and we thoroughly enjoyed at after feeding th pigs on Saturday morning.

      A lovely way to use up leftovers and our yummy free range eggs, freshly laid that morning.
