As we have three Sara/Sarahs on the staff, when I found Sarah London’s blog I had to have a look. She loves her fabrics and patchwork, and also finds some inspirational Christmas ideas – following the paper snowflake I mentioned last week, check out this beautiful cut-out snowflake curtain:

Wow…that is gorgeous and so effective, I’m all for a home-made Christmas this year. Everyone is getting hampers of goodies grown and cooked here on the farm and a batch of our free-range eggs too. I’m so over the commercialisation of Christmas now.

Family and fun come first this year, much more satisfying, although I’m sure a lot of retailers will miss me going chucking my hard earned cash at them!!
